Texas Live Wire REVIEW

In June 2025 Texas Live Wire, owned by Gregory Gonzalez, master electrician, also the owner of Superior Voltage Dynamics and Skyfire Lightning & Static Solutions, along with Zackery Rodriquez, electrical apprentice, was hired to do a complete rewire of my home. Time of completion on contract was 1 month. They would show up 2-3 days a week usually. There was a 20 day period they never showed and never called me. I had to send a certified letter to get them to return. In all it took right at 2 months to complete the wiring while a family of 5 and large dog were crammed into a hotel room. Zackery, electrical apprentice, was left as project manager and was completely unsupervised through the entire project till the day of the final inspection. They failed at least 4 inspections through the process before the permit was closed. I constantly had to remind Zackery of things he missed such as lights and unwired outlet. They left old wiring still live and being used, went against insurance that says to return to pre incident layout and materials. Texas Live Wire damaged the structure of my home and my personal belongings. They are refusing to pay for any of the damages they caused and are refusing to complete the work to the insurance and contract specifications saying it was mandatory by code which was not true according to the inspector. They would leave doors and windows open and unlock. We constantly have breakers trip still. TLW returned to address one problem and in the process took with them two of the $150 each breaker with them I already paid for. Theft. They never cleaned up after themselves. They did not cover anything like they said so our cloths, beds and baby crib were covered with 65-year-old insulation and dirt. They absolutely left my home a mess causing even more work and longer completion time for sheetrock after saying they would only make a few small holes that could be easily patched. I have cases filed with several agencies regarding this and other matters pertaining to this. If you use or have used Texas Live Wire and there are issues, don’t let them bully you into not making a review or filing charges like they are trying to do to me. The work shown on their site is NOT the quality of work they gave me. I had electricians come give me estimates to repair the electrical problems Texas live Wire left me. I was told with all the code violations and for liability reasons my home will need to be totally rewired. AGAIN!
